Yes, you can still have those banana sandwiches. They are very popular down here in the south. Just because you are on a diet doesn't mean you have to live without favorite foods.. just modify them a little.
Ingredients:
- 1 -Arnold's Sandwich Thins (my favorite is honey wheat) (90 calories)
- 1/2 large banana (52 calories)
- 1-tbsp Miracle Whip Light Mayonnaise (21 calories)
Spread mayo on bread, cut up banana and assemble. Whalaa!
Total calories for meal=163
