Tuna Pita Sandwich under 300 calories!
Ingredients:- Arnolds Pocket Thins Flatbread (100 calories per half pita)
- 1 can of Bumble Bee Tuna in water (120 calories for whole can)
- 1 tbsp Miracle Whip Light Mayonnaise (20 calories per tbsp)
Drain tuna, mix tuna and mayo together and spread inside one half pita pocket, add salt and pepper to taste.
Total calories for meal = 240
