- Salt & Pepper to taste (0 calories)
- 1/4 Onion Chopped (11 calories)
- 1/4 Cup Sliced Mushrooms (40 calories)

Toss the chopped onions and mushrooms in the skillet with a touch of olive oil. Cook will they are done, keep onions and mushrooms in the skillet and scramble egg with salt and pepper only (no butter, etc.) over the onions and mushrooms.
