Sandwiches


Ingredients:

  1. Arnolds Pocket Thins Flatbread  (100 calories per half pita)
  2. 1 can of Bumble Bee Tuna in water (120 calories for whole can)
  3. 1 tbsp Miracle Whip Light Mayonnaise  (20 calories per tbsp)
Drain tuna, mix tuna and mayo together and spread inside one half pita pocket, add salt and pepper to taste.

Total calories for meal = 240




Banana Peanut Butter Skinny Sandwich 340 Calories!!




Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 Banana (52 calories)
  2. 1 Arnold Sandwich Thins (100 calories)
  3. 1 tbsp Peanut Butter (188 calories)

Slice banana long ways, spread peanut butter onto sandwich thin, place banana onto sandwich.

Total calories for meal=340






Banana Sandwich with Mayo 163 Calories!


Yes, you can still have those banana sandwiches.  They are very popular down here in the south.  Just because you are on a diet doesn't mean you have to live without favorite foods..  just modify them a little.


Ingredients:

  1. 1 -Arnold's Sandwich Thins (my favorite is honey wheat) (90 calories)
  2. 1/2 large banana (52 calories)
  3. 1-tbsp Miracle Whip Light Mayonnaise (21 calories)
Spread mayo on bread, cut up banana and assemble.  Whalaa!


Total calories for meal=163
