Grilled Salmon Recipe with Veggies 259 Calories!





Ingredients:


  1. 4 oz Frozen Salmon (100 calories)
  2. 1 cup raw zucchini (29 calories)
  3. 1 cup raw squash (68 calories)
  4. 1/2 yellow onion (22 calories)
  5. 1 tsp olive oil (40 calories)
  6. 1/2 tsp garlic powder divided (0 calories)
  7. salt and pepper to taste (0 calories)

Total calories for meal= 259!

Thaw out frozen salmon. Cut onion, zucchini and squash into 1 inch pieces.  Put olive oil in medium high heat skillet.  Now place salmon in skillet and cook till done sprinkling 1/2 of the garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.  Once salmon is cooked thoroughly, remove and place all vegetables in skillet.  Sprinkle with remaining garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.  Stir until all vegetables are cooked to where a fork can easily be poked through.  Remove from heat and serve.  ***to bring out more flavor, squeeze a half lemon over salmon once done.

  5. 2 tsp of Daisy Light sour cream (40 calories)
  6. Diced tomato (22 calories)

Combine all ingredients into high fiber wrap, enjoy!

**this type of wrap is very soft and doughy, try putting it in the skillet a few minutes for a more firm burrito.

Ingredients:


  1. 1-cup of cooked Jennie-0 lean ground turkey meat (250 calories)
  2. Handful of lettuce (0 calories)
  3. 1- diced tomatoes (22 calories)
  4. 2 tsp of Daisy Light sour cream (40 calories)
  5. 2 tbsp- Salsa (10 calories)
  6. 1- tsp ground cumin (8 calories)

Cook ground turkey, add cumin, salt and pepper while cooking.  Cook till brown.  Drain.

Add cooked turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and salsa to bowl.  Enjoy  :)

Total calories for meal= 330!



Scrambled Egg Breakfast Burrito with Onions and Mushrooms 239 Calories!

  4. 1/4 Onion Chopped (11 calories)
  5. 1/4 Cup Sliced Mushrooms (40 calories)

Total calories for meal=239!!

Toss the chopped onions and mushrooms in the skillet with a touch of olive oil.  Cook will they are done, keep onions and mushrooms in the skillet and scramble egg with salt and pepper only (no butter, etc.) over the onions and mushrooms.  Cook egg till done, remove everything and lay aside.  Now take your tortilla wrap and throw in the hot skillet to warm up.  Remove and place ingredients in the burrito.  Wrap and enjoy!
